IN CHARGE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC
The National and International Circulation Manager is responsible for the management and smooth running of public art circulation projects. He or she is responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining existing relationships, developing new collaborative opportunities, supervising ongoing circulations and developing new management and logistical tools. Duties also include creating and monitoring schedules, managing workloads, coordinating with the technical team and managing the transportation of works.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitor traffic projects, from initial approach to installation;
– Promote our catalog and highlight the advantages of renting public art;
– Prospect and identify potential new customers for public art rentals;
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
– Initiate and participate in promotional and prospecting activities;
– Represent EXMURO at events and professional meetings;
– Negotiate and conclude distribution agreements;
– Manage the catalog of works in collaboration with the artistic and technical direction;
– Participate in the creation of a new database;
– Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our services.

WORKING CONDITIONS
– Permanent salaried position;
– Compensation between $24 and $31 per hour depending on experience;
– Regular 4-day schedule Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional work evenings and weekends when projects require it;
– Face-to-face work at the office at 27, rue Notre-Dame in Quebec City, occasional telecommuting possible;
– 4 sick days per year, 4 wellness days per year and enhanced holiday leave;
– Start date as soon as possible.
