From February 24 to 27, 2026, Québec City will become the international hub of public art.

Taking place in the Historic District of Old Québec, this unique gathering will bring together programmers, curators, presenters, artists and partners from the Americas, Europe and Asia who are active in public space—whether through festivals, cultural programming, or urban development—with the goal of sparking networking, exchange and collaboration.

A project led by EXMURO

With nearly two decades of experience, EXMURO has built an ambitious international touring program of more than 50 artworks—including monumental installations, interactive pieces, and traveling works—that transform urban space into places of encounter, reflection, and wonder.
Acting as a strategic connector between artists and presenters, EXMURO provides full production and coordination support to facilitate impactful artistic circulation.
