From February 24 to 27, 2026, Québec City will become the international hub of public art.
Taking place in the Historic District of Old Québec, this unique gathering will bring together programmers, curators, presenters, artists and partners from the Americas, Europe and Asia who are active in public space—whether through festivals, cultural programming, or urban development—with the goal of sparking networking, exchange and collaboration.
